How long is the warranty?
"The Gizmo Supply Co one-year consumer limited voluntary manufacturer's warranty on all machines are one (1) year from the delivery date. Three (3) months on all cavitation, vacuum, radio frequency handles, lipo pads, cryo handles, parts and accessories.

Vacuum should only be used with cavitation oil only, use of gel may cause clogging and void any implied warranty."

 

ORDER/SHIPMENT INFORMATION

Why don't I have a tracking number yet?

Please anticipate shipping delays (up to 7-10 business days) as important safety measures, including physical distancing, enhanced cleaning, and staggered shifts means it takes longer to process our higher than normal order volume at this time.

We also want let you know that the couriers are experiencing severe delivery delays that are out of our control - having shipped thousands of orders the past few months, we have found that the couriers are not always updating tracking details. That being said, when you receive your tracking link from us, please allow a few business days for tracking to be updated. Rest assured, if you got a tracking number, your order is on its way!

How do I check on my order?
Check your email; If you do not see a tracking number for your purchase within four days, reach out to us.

How long does the order take to receive from the time the order is placed?
Our normal delivery time within the U. S. is between 5-10 days

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Do you provide extended warranties? 
Yes, 1, 2, and 3 year warranties are provided to include accidental coverage.
